I bought this because I've had it for many years and liked using it to wash dishes. One of the tabs that attaches the brush to the dispenser (on the old original model) broke, so ordering a new one was easy. When I received it I noticed that the new dispenser could not be attached to the brush heads like the old version. UPDATE: September 29, 2019 So my replacement unit broke in the same place. Called OXO support again and another device is on the way. During a conversation with customer service, she informed me that the design team was working on correcting the design as they agreed that it had a design flaw.
