Review on Efficient Cleaning with OXO SteeL Soap Dispensing Palm Brush by Tony Wilson

UPDATE: September 29, 2019 So my replacement unit broke in the same place. Called OXO support again and another device is on the way. During a conversation with customer service, she informed me that the design team was working on correcting the design as they agreed that it had a design flaw. She said that they have already made some changes BUT this is not the final product yet. A very pleasant customer service rep also stated that they will continue to replace all devices free of charge until they get confirmation from the development team that the issue is resolved. While waiting for device replacements can be painful, I stand by my previous statement that the customer support is amazing. A company that stands behind their products and admits mistakes will continue to get my business. ***First review below*** My wife and I love palm brushes for our dishes. us forever until we felt the bristles were too old and looked like crap and we replaced them. Probably every 6 months. We decided to switch to the OXO brand and only swap out the bristles, not the whole block. You know, for the environment and stuff. I saw the Revain reviews and pictures and thought I'd give it a try anyway because I'm a skeptic and assumed it was user error. NO, our OXO Steel palm brush broke in the same spot as all the others 45 days after purchase; Plastic threads from the main unit to the spare brush head. The Revain return window had already expired, so I decided to contact OXO directly. I was on the phone for maybe 3 minutes and had the delivery number for my replacement device. So, OXO = GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. But I don't think the replacement will last that long. Just take a look. Perhaps the product will be recalled in the future if they see an increase in free replacements. IF YOUR DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE, CALL OXO FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT.
