🔥 Flameless Red Ozeri Piezoelectric Stove Lighter: Efficient and Convenient Ignition Solution Review

*Updated 4/9/2017*: I really liked the Ozeri piezo electric lighter but it broke after 3 months of very infrequent use. I'm changing my rating from 5 to 1 star because of the poor quality.

This product was a great investment. We have a furnace that is sometimes difficult to melt. We tried matches and an ordinary gas lighter, but felt like we were paying too much for it, and we didn't want to inhale the smoke from the matches either.

I was very excited to finally have a butane free option for lighting a gas stove burner. Unfortunately, the device sparked well, but could not ignite the burner. It looks like the metal band around the tip is deformed and that might prevent it from working. It's fairly soft metal, so I wouldn't be surprised if you buy it and find it warping in your desk drawer. The shipping packaging was not sufficient to protect it.

This is bullshit. Thankfully, I bought it as a Prime supplement for about $3 - it was a lot more expensive at Walmart. No fires). I'm complaining because if you use it to light the stove a few times a day, the sparkly thing stops working. I opened mine to see what was going on and the wire inside broke. I bought it for a reason. Stop wasting money on lighters and lighter fluid. But the Ronson grill lighter I bought for even less money still works. In theory I would like to have a piezoelectric…
