Works great. The annoying hum of the generator when listening to music through the phone's aux port has been eliminated.

Honestly works better than I expected. I use it to connect my tablet to my car radio. This completely solved the ground loop problem without even grounding the wire.

Recently added a new stereo and with it I suddenly got a very bad and annoying alternator whistle. I installed one of these on the front and rear preout channels and the hum was gone. I didn't even stretch the ground wires anywhere, although I probably will at some point for reassurance.

Desktop PC connected via HDMI at 4K - TV sound via 3.5mm (headphone jack) connected to RCA with active subwoofer - Subwoofer connected via RCA to studio monitors. The result is the buzzing of the loudspeakers when switching on the PC.
