Ordered by mistake for 2WD. Another installation issue was that the rearmost bolt hole in the upper manifold interfered with the EGR port. changes required. Order version 70-1112 if you have a 4WD pickup.

The figure didn't work without welding on the down pipe. The O2 connector was too small to fit the factory O2 sensor and they had to start with screws to attach it to the head. Complete junk I would just get a new factory manifold if I had to do it again.

All is well in the end. But I had to do some serious mods before it would fit. The connection of the exhaust gas recirculation pipe is welded in such a way that it is impossible to screw the nut onto one of the manifold bolts. Thoroughly sanding the manifold, shortening the bolt, and some fiddling with installing the washer and nut finally got it working.
