I use this stuff for everything!

I use this for everything. Works great on wood, paper, floors, furniture, crafts. Seriously it's great but it will RUIN clothes so be careful.

Pros
  • This product offers excellent value for a premium adhesive
Cons
  • The glue might not work well on thin pieces of wood

My shelf fell off the wall!

I am giving this 4 stars because I can't truly say anything horrible about it but it doesn't deserve a full 5 stars. You see I tried to hang shelves with it on a painted smooth wall and then proceed to place 100lbs of Vape accessories on it. It failed, twice because it was 2 shelves I "glued" to the wall. In this case I needed a drill. I have nothing else to glue so I have nothing else to say.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue is easy to apply and sets quickly
Cons
  • The glue can drip if applied too heavily

Strong glue for chairs

Used for fixing broken dining chairs. Requires longer drying time than instructions say, maybe 3 hrs to surface dryness and 24 hours for strength of bonds. I let it go for 1-2 days with joints clamped jus to be sure. Only real issue was that upon receiving, it seemed my bottle was already used, glue was visible in the nipple and the bottle had about 5% of glue missing.

Pros
  • The 8-ounce size is convenient for small woodworking projects
Cons
  • The glue can be difficult to apply in tight spaces

Good glue!: my feedback

I used this for a donut wall for my wedding. I drilled about 1/4” into MDF and glued in wooden dowels to suspend the donuts on. The dowels didn’t budge once glued in. Even if some of the glue seeped out, it dried clear.

Pros
  • Use Indoors or Outdoors: Passes ANSI/HPVA Type II water resistance. Can be used for all sorts of woodworking projects and repairs as an interior or exterior glue.
Cons
  • The glue is not suitable for outdoor projects

Maybe a gorilla could squeeze the bottle

Good wood glue for exterior as well as interior. The only issue I had was it came with a little glue that had leaked and hardened in the nozzle. Easy enough to remove but at first I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't dispense.Edit: I downgraded to 3 stars because the bottle continued to annoy me. The glue itself seems okay, so I transferred it to the Elmer's bottle. Their bottles are tall and narrow, and easy to squeeze one-handed. Their pull-up nozzle occasionally gets stuck but is easy to…

Pros
  • This product can be used on a variety of wood surfaces, including hardwoods and softwoods
Cons
  • The glue can cause discoloration on certain types of wood

Strong As A Gorilla

I had used another type of Gorilla Glue prior, to secure stones back into a couple of sterling silver jewelry pieces. It was the type that foamed and came in a much smaller tube. It was excellent. I purchased this particular type in error, but it was to my advantage. I used this glue to not only secure the stones into other pieces of sterling silver jewelry, but to secure the top back onto my pine wood bed's foot board post. The nozzle makes it very easy to dispense, as well as keeping the top…

Pros
  • The natural color helps to prevent unsightly glue marks
Cons
  • The glue can smell very strong depending on the moisture level

Strong adhesive for my opinion

Easy to apply and dries surprisingly fast. Make sure and clean the applicator tip immediately after use or it will harden and make for a more difficult cleaning later.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue provides a reliable and strong bond that will last for years
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to apply over an area that's been previously glued

Need a good adhesive?

Used this on wood, plastic, and other surfaces in the past and recently and the results have almost always been positive. The only negative to this product is that if you ever get any on your fingers, you should wash it off right away or it will be a pain to take off.

Pros
  • Dries Natural Color: Offering a natural bond line with no foaming. Is also paintable and sandable to accommodate for different wood colors and project needs.
Cons
  • The glue might not be suitable for children to use

Smaller size much easier to work with

I switched from using the larger bottle to this smaller size and I like it much better. I always use Gorilla glues for my projects - when I'm not using E6000 - and I find that the smaller bottles don't get clogged as quickly and they are easier to navigate into tighter spaces.

Pros
  • The natural wood color creates an invisible bond
Cons
  • The glue can clump or bubble if stored improperly

It’s glue! - my new review

I couple pieces of wood molding came off around my house; one on the kitchen and one by the fireplace. I’m no handyman and the thought of nailing them back or even finding the right kind of nails and the hammer that I own (it’s around here somewhere) was too intimidating. I glued the pieces back on and they’re good as new.

Pros
  • The natural color is perfect for preserving the natural look of wood
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to sand down once it dries

Make sure you glue your stuff on the rigth spot otherwise

Man this glue does stand by its name is a freaking gorilla when it comes to fixation, I messed up on on project and glued a piece of wood a couple millimeters closer than what I needed, tried to take it off to paste it on the right place, but nothing, it wont come off, is like welded, the piece that is glued seems to be stronger than the wood itself, when I put some force the piece of wood broke leaving half of it on the glued part, so make sure you have your measurements right before letting…

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue creates an incredibly strong bond that stands the test of time
Cons
  • The glue can be thick or thin depending on the humidity

Perfect for my needs

I have a cuckoo clock which needed a little bit of repair (a wishing well had come loose when the clock was shipped to me from Germany.) Gorilla wood glue saved the day, dried clear and no one will ever know it had broken. Revain shipped to me in a sealed plastic bag inside a box and nothing was spilled or broken.

Pros
  • This product holds up against wear and tear for long-lasting results
Cons
  • The glue might not hold up well under constant strain

Great Product on my review.

I purchased a dresser which the drawers started to come apart, I got this Gorilla Glue because I have heard a lot of good things about it. And they were right. It is east to use and makes life so much easier. It bonded well and I am very pleased with this product.

Pros
  • The natural ingredients used in Gorilla Wood Glue offer an environmentally friendly option
Cons
  • The glue can be difficult to sand down once dry

Easy to use and effective

I have absolutely no handy skills but this is Very Easy to use and it works to fix my under the sink cabinet door. This wood glue saved me the money to replace the door. Very Happy with the adhesion too.

Pros
  • The natural wood color makes it perfect for furniture repairs where color matching is crucial
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to clean from your workspace after the project

Does the Job: my feedback

I wouldn't believe customer reviews that claim they glued their hand or any other material other than wood using this glue. This isn't your regular Gorilla glue. But that's why it's so great. It dries the natural color of the wood (even if you paint your wood a different color), it holds the wood together as if it were wood itself, and, best of all, it doesn't glue anything else it happens to land on. However, it does leave stains if it lands on cloth. Hands down a great product.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue is ideal for use on wooden toys and models
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to apply if there's not enough ventilation

I like the bottle shape

Of course it works great. The big positive is the bottle shape (round) is easy to handle vs the flat oval of other name brand wood glues.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue can be used for repairs, as well as new construction
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to remove from clothes, furniture, or floors

Magic Glue best in my review

The front face of a heavy wooden drawer in my kitchen (that has no rails because my apartment is the worst) ripped off when I tried to open it. Like, it completely ripped off, the edges were jagged and I thought it couldn't be repaired. I thought I was going to be screwed because my landlord would somehow blame it on me even though it was broken to begin with.Gorilla wood glue to the rescue. One application and a day of drying did the trick. It's been 6 months now and my drawer is still…

Pros
  • The natural ingredients make this glue safe to use without gloves
Cons
  • The glue can be difficult to remove if it dries on a surface

Gorilla Wood Glue Works!

I typically use a glue gun for most of my crafting projects. I was following directions and it called for wood glue.wood glue? This changed my crafty life! The adhesion is great, and it is really less of a pain to clean up. My glue gun glue gets everywhere and is messy. This is great and a terrific value! Make sure you follow directions and understand how the bonding works.

Pros
  • The glue is perfect for hobbyists and DIY-ers
Cons
  • The glue can be challenging to use with gloves

perfect for cabinets

We just moved into a place that needs a lot of repairs. This was perfect for the cabinets that had split is small places. We were able to use this easily and the cabinets look new.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue is resistant to solvents and chemicals
Cons
  • The glue can dry up quickly if you don't use it for some time

Did what I needed it for

I bought this after reading a tutorial online that told me to coat some toothpicks in this stuff and stick it in the stripped screw hole I was trying to fix, wait a day, and try the screw again. That worked perfectly, and the screw hasn't budged since. So at least for what I needed it for, it works.

Pros
  • Gorilla Wood Glue is water-resistant once it dries
Cons
  • The glue might not be as effective on end-grain or porous wood
