I appreciated the size and low cost, but I felt the choice of the adjustable trim potentiometer on the circuit board was not suitable for the task. At first, I thought that all the boards were defective, because all they did was track the input voltage, not boost it. You had to turn the adjustment screw about twenty times counterclockwise before it affected the voltage. I assume that these are 25 turn Bourns 3296 (10 3) 100,000 Ohms trimpots (figure 1). Did what it was supposed to. Took a bit to figure out the adjustment, it is not just a 360 degree adjustment it can be turned multiple times, but once I got that figured out it was easy to set with the help of a volt meter.

I was a bit hesitant about getting this from some other reviews but I have found this to be working perfectly for my needs. I am using this as a LiFePO4 deep cycle battery charger. Setting this to output 14.35 volts DC from an input of 12v DC. The draw in milliamps was about 500ma on the 12v DC side and the BMS on the battery cut the charge off once the battery reached 14.30v DC. I'd recommend this.

Good inexpensive dc booster. Easy to connect and use. I was able to boost from 3v to 12v for an led project. Adjusting pot is a little difficult to control. It can take a lot of take a lot of turns to get it where you need it.

I required two 5v and one 9v supply from a 4.5v battery pack on a project. These fit the bill nicely and performed as designed.Recommended.Pictured are 3 boards sandwiched together for the project.

Can ramp input from 0V to 24V with predicable and graceful boost starting at just under 2V. Input current never spikes, but of coarse is inversely proportional to input voltage to sustain output load power requirement. I very much like this module for running a low power LED from a supper capacitor bank or other decaying voltage supply.

Works great. I built a solder fume extractor with a 12v fan. Used a 9v battery and boosted it to 12v. Seems to work fine so far.

Worked perfectly when I used an USB power source and needed the 5 volts for one item and then used this to step up the voltage to 12vdc to run the LED lights for the project.

I read the info that said Hold On Chest and turn. It didn't register in my head, at first.It did not adjust the voltage until I applied Force while turning the screw CCW. I've had this problem on other similar trim-Pots (so, I avoid buying them).Nonetheless, I applied 1.9v to Vin and adjusted it to 5.0v Vout.
