Do not purchase to hold up a Orange construction fence

I purchased this to hold up a Orange construction barricade. During slight wind these stakes will fold and break. I’m sure they will be ok as a light plant stake.

Pros
  • Loved the amount in package for the money.
Cons
  • The stakes may be difficult to remove and transplant if needed.

Good brace. in my review

These poles go in the ground fairly easy and are very good for tying plants to. Nice addition to gardening. They may not be sturdy enough to support tall or top-heavy plants.!

Pros
  • Gardening & Lawn Care
Cons
  • They may not be sturdy enough to support tall or top-heavy plants.

Good tomato and bean stakes

I've been using this alone and also with various accessories offered by other sellers to make supports for tomatoes and beans, so far so good. Should have bought more! I have lots of indeterminate tomatoes growing and 5' doesn't seem high enough.

Pros
  • inexpensive. Did exactly what I needed but they do bend fairly easy. Or maybe I am super tough ;)
Cons
  • Their uniform appearance may not suit all garden styles or preferences.

Great for light gardening use

Good enough for light gardening use. I needed something sturdy to create shade for plants and to help guide some young saplings.I pounded then into the ground using a rubber mallet till they were about 6" in the ground. We get extremely high winds sometimes with gusts of up to 60mph. Only 1 or 2 bent while the rest were fine.

Pros
  • Needed to stake holographic ribbon to scare geese.
Cons
  • Very flimsy, hard to drive into the ground and they break off in the wind!

Good price, better than locally.

These work nice, but they need to be installed when the ground is soft. I bent at least 3 of them when I tried to install them in late summer in my Dahlia bed.

Pros
  • 60 Inches
Cons
  • The stakes may require additional accessories, such as ties or clips, to properly secure plants.

Overall worth it in my review

Overall this is a pretty good product. Not a bad price for what you get. they're not the strongest I was putting one into the ground and pushed a little too hard and it bowed and snapped in the middle. I just suggest using two hands as you drive these into the ground. Overall it worked out perfectly for what I needed them for. I installed a chicken fencing using this product and a green plastic mesh seen in the picture.

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • They may not be able to withstand extreme temperatures or heat.

Garden stakes good for me

They are wonderful! I bought 25 and used 24. I used my huge drill bit (to drill holes through exterior walls for cable placement) so its almost the diameter of the stake and pretty long but went into ground great. Put up deer netting with zip ties. I would buy again if I need more. You can see the picture of my fenced garden on Stratco LG-18424.it is perfect for me.

Pros
  • Measuring at 60 inches long, these stakes are versatile enough to support a variety of different plant sizes and types
Cons
  • They may require frequent cleaning or maintenance to avoid rust and corrosion.
