Not Manufactured Properly

Purchased 1/2-14 NPT Male thread with 3/8 Barb. Thread did not fit when I went to out the fitting ina female 1/2 NPT port. The threads also failed a go/no-go check gauge. I would give 1 star since the product is non-functional, but I'm giving two stars since they are recoverable. Technically the thread is 1/2-14, but it does not fit the NPT standard. These are a lot cheaper than buying from McMaster, but you will need to buy a die with these and re-run the threads yourself. In the attached…
