Short Life: Heat Lamps

In theory these bulbs are good but in fact they are short lived, maybe I have defective ones but I bought 2 packs and both are defective.

Pros
  • Bright white daylight and warmth.
Cons
  • unreliable

Waste of Money: Heat Lamps and Terrarium Mats

Lamps are terrible. The bulb burned out after 24 hours. petsmart's 40 watts last much longer. I'm only giving one star because I can't put a 0

Pros
  • 2 packs of Zoo Med Labs 35W Nanohalogen Heat Lamps
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Don't worry, useless bulbs

Both bulbs burned out after 2 days. I now have another brand of bulbs in my case that work great! But Revane gave me the money back.

Pros
  • Extended lifespan.
Cons
  • Empty

Best enjoyment for heat lamps

These bulbs burned out very quickly. The first lasted 4 days and the second only 2 days. They weren't left on all the time. Maybe a maximum of 3 hours at a time. There was no money for this money.

Pros
  • Supports thermoregulation for basking reptiles.
Cons
  • Everything OK

Do not buy ZooMed - Heat lamps

If it were worth my time I would give all ZooMed products 1 star. The ONLY thing I've bought from them that has survived the hype (so far) is Yang, a nano ceramic heat lamp. I don't know if the problem is with the Nano line or the whole line? But their lightbulbs never last a month when they advertise 3 months. 6 bulbs detached from the metal cartridge. Then I have these halogen lamps? The first exploded in less than an hour. So why do I keep buying them? Because I invested in their stupid nano

Pros
  • Suitable for Zoo Med Nano lamps.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
