Pad Bracket: The Ultimate Wall Mount for Your Apple iPad Review

Used as a bracket to attach a tablet to a workstation. Very easy to put on and holds up well. I wouldn't use it for anything heavier than a regular tablet, but it works well for its intended purpose.

I will admit that this product is only expensive because it is a piece of plastic. Still, it works great and holds the iPad firmly and securely. It works in both portrait and landscape modes. Although it holds up well, it's still easy to remove and add. Spend a few bucks more and avoid costly iPad repairs by trying a cheaper product.

I have a first generation iPad which I have mounted on this mount in my kitchen for quick news reading, recipes and so on . Between uses I put it on a slideshow display connected to my photo stream, it's amazing. The mount is strong and sturdy, but I imagine it could easily break with rough handling. For me, the iPad just sits in a mount with few inputs and outputs, so it's likely to last a long time.

I use my iPad as a streaming TV in the workshop. I hung it on the wall to free up desk space, but I screwed the desk stand to the point of hanging it on the wall with a nail and it wasn't very strong. I saw this and thought it would be the best option. It comes with screws and drywall anchors and is very easy to install.

I'm giving it four stars because it holds my iPad as a wall mount. It's smaller than I expected, however, and I was skeptical of how strong this little piece of plastic would hold my iPad. Surprisingly so far so good. The price is a bit high for a piece of plastic. Another downside is that I had to remove the protective iPad sleeve to fit my iPad in this wall mount. Hence I deducted a star.

Bought this for a friend who had a specific use in mind. When I gave it to her it didn't work the way she wanted it to. Not wanting to hurt my feelings, she kept it and found an even better way to use it! When I asked her how to rate this, she offered 4 stars. I bought this particular iPad mount because it was cheap and I could install it in the kitchen of a rented house without drilling holes. I used Gorilla Glue (not included) to attach the holder to the kitchen tile backsplash, which I can trim off with a sharp knife when I move out.
