The mount comes with mounting hardware and if you have ever used a drill you will have no trouble installing it. My only concern after setting it up is that the slick plastic allows the iPad to slide from side to side too easily. I cut some clear rubber bumpers like the ones used behind pictures on the wall or to cushion cabinets and stick them in the mount to create friction and prevent this.
