    GOOD: Price is of course the main selling point, this PS is very durable and well made. Voltage and current are stable even under heavy load, fan noise on a scale of 1 to 10, I would say 5, connection points for input/output are solid BAD: if you use this power supply for amateur radio or CB radio, you must have one Noise filtering system can be built or purchased, the power supply does not cause much interference on 40cb channels, although it is still a little noticeable.     Ideal for landscape lighting

    Perfect for landscape lighting! I built a panel to monitor and power my landscape lights and it works great! I'm currently drawing 25.12 amps continuously with no issues. The fan also has a variable speed depending on the load and is loud at 50 percent plus, which doesn't bother me at all in the wall-mounted server housing in which I installed it. This is one of three 30 amp power supplies I own and by far the best and most stable.

    So far so good. I used it to build a power supply for my ham radio setup and it works like a charm. Easy to connect and seems solid so far. The time will show. As with all power supplies, if you place it in a container (in my case it's a plastic ammo box) make sure it can breathe. Even with the fan running all the time, heat can build up quickly.     Check the wiring before connecting.

    I had to check it to be sure but the markings are not hot (L), neutral (N) and ground. On the control panel cover they are reversed. The fuse blew when it was first plugged into the wall. I'll try to find a spare fuse and start over. I was hoping to try it on an RF amp. In general, the product I received is different from the photos. A little.

    Still working after 14 months

    I've been using this for 14 months and driving LED strips but the problem is the fan is noisy and runs constantly. It has always been noisy since it was new. I installed it above a false ceiling with plenty of room around it and I can still hear it running out of the load and as soon as I turn on the LED lights I can actually hear it roaring louder and no more than two amps pulls. If you don't need 30 amps I would suggest getting fanless 20 amps or less. But I have to give two stars for…

    Be sure to check for knocking before turning on. failed after 6 months.

    Mine got stuck in a warehouse. Apparently they checked it. 5 screws were missing but I found 4 of them rattling in the PSU. Boom when I turn it on. 2 out of 4 connected cameras show strong blur due to high frequency noise at its output. Works well with other power supplies. Tried high frequencies and other filters without much effect. You may need to use multiple smaller power supplies. This one is loud.     30A CCTV Power Supply Upgrade/Replacement

    I used this power supply to replace the power supply in my 29A 18A CCTV power supply that has failed. That's one more amp. It was a direct replacement and it works great. I recommend this power supply when used in a CCTV PDU. Excellent repair and upgrade.
