I like how easy it is to use, especially for smaller companies that don't have many pages or content sources yet! It's fast at pulling in data from all of your social media profiles into one place where you can see everything together so easily compared with other software programs. The fact we were able to get our team back up-to speed quickly when switching over was also very helpful as well - nothing really but if there are any issues they will be fixed immediately by their support staffβ¦
