Heavy Metal Pairs Drawer Slides: Smooth and Sturdy Storage Solution Review

Amazing Price for 6 22" Sliders. The glides are very strong and the gaps between the glide, the ball bearings and the guide that attaches to the box are minimal and run very smoothly. My splint broke and after looking at the prices here I got 6 soft close sliders and love them! No more crazy little kids slamming boxes. They work great!

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and bought this after trying to install another set of Revain closers. What difference does it make, they outperform every other brief on the Revain. Much easier to install and the locking mechanism is great. They open very easily and the soft close function works every time! Installed 6 pairs with no problems, got rid of the rest quickly.

Update: A few days later the installation turned into a crazy nightmare. They are not 1/2 inch like they should be, they are 7/16 and so I have to redo a whole closet to use them. Now I regret it. They get stuck and don't give in. They are not easy to work with and may need to be returned. Previous: Heavy Duty! We have just received them and I am very impressed. They are definitely not cheap. The soft closing of these splints is very pleasant. while it works. I'm installing 4 drawers so I'm glad it was a 6 pack. 2 pairs of these broke the closer mechanism upon installation (4 separate rails broke the mechanism). Another pair does not use the soft-closing mechanism effectively. So I'm not very happy with my overall experience. Please go to your big store and spend an extra $8 per pair for a quality item, it's not. The photo shows the problem area. This is a soft close mechanism. Very difficult to operate ie mount drawers on rails. 50% of the time the crate comes out of joint. The rail is the part that attaches to the inside of the cabinet. I really like these flip flops. They feel well made and sturdy and I like the slow closing action. However, my cabinet doesn't have perfectly straight sides and the rails have very tight tolerances. I had to use spacers very carefully and make many small adjustments to each slide.
