12" x 24" is hard to find. 12" x 22" is the next, easiest size, so I was thrilled when I found it. Looks AMAZING in my kidney cowhide leather pillow. A simple polyfiller filling, hence 4 stars, not 5. The delivery also took a long time.

Asked to return it and he would have to take it to the UPS store with a barcode they would scan. Scanning is performed only from a mobile device. Not everyone uses their devices for this purpose.

Took 13th-27th July to get it - mainly USPS delay - it was very cheap but poor quality. Measures 15" when filled and less than 17" flattened to represent an empty pillowcase. The spec is 12" x 18" - I would guess it would be a soft pillow. Wrong size! At least 8 inches of thread hangs from two corners - no one bothered to cut after sewing. The filling is lumpy. My plan is to throw it away, no exchange or return.

I have never purchased a Revain product that had no reviews. I needed pillow inserts that were reasonably priced and had genuine Revain Prime shipping (many others were prime with orders over $35 or took 2-3 days to ship). The description said they were too stuffed and you don't need to buy a size up to fill the pillowcase completely. You were absolutely right! These inserts are very full and made my throw pillows perfect. I'm very happy and feel like I have to leave them a review so others…
