Lots of great features. I wanted to replace my old Panosonic phones. The volume and clarity of this model are poor. I can't hear, but I have perfect hearing. The buttons must be pressed firmly to make a call. I got a lot of noise on some calls. Poor quality construction.

it has noise and friends say the words are jumbled and you can't hear me most of the time. I am very disappointed with these phones. Too much static. I bought 2 items on the same day and had problems with both. I have been a good customer for many years and have never had the problems I have with these phones and the V5000 call blocker. ASKING ME IF I AM RIGHT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AMAZON.

Not as good as old Panasonic phones. Smaller, lighter and cheaper designs. There is no non-slip rubber coating integrated on the back of the phone like the old model. There is no headphone jack. Doesn't feel like a 'quality device' compared to older models. Thinner plastic. The indicator on the handsets does not flash to indicate that a message is waiting.
