My father is completely deaf in one ear and only 70% deaf in the other. He was having a terrible time with his "normal" phone. So I started looking for a replacement. I own many Panasonic cordless phone systems and this is the first time that after (or even during) a message I am unable to delete a message from the handset. I have to delete all messages. I purposely leave messages so I can come back and come back to this later. I have messages from long-dead family members that I have saved. But this new phone is all or nothing, at least when it comes to calling. Instead of deleting, they give you the option to pause now. It's ok, but I have a delete button.
