The Bluetooth connectivity on this phone is practically non-existent. Electronics should make our lives easier and this phone does the exact opposite of that. Through trial and error, I found that the phone doesn't always connect to my Bluetooth headset and when it does, the connection drops frequently. We had an old Panasonic model that was outdated. It could only block 30 calls, and with all the automated calls we receive almost every day, we needed to be able to block more calls. This phone is good for its ability to block a lot of calls, but that's all we need. CONS: 1) The battery is very short-lived and only takes about 20% of our old phone. We keep getting the low battery warning and need to charge. Our old Panasonic phone easily lasted a week on a single charge, but it won't last a day
