Finally. Great replacement.

After trying a number of modern microwave ovens with odd controls, missing features and poor workmanship, I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. This Panasonic microwave oven is a real eye-catcher! I've had it for a month now and am impressed with its sensory cooking, overall finish, cooking uniformity and food quality. The only thing that confuses me is that I haven't been able to visit him in person at any store. apparently only online. but I'm glad I jumped at the chance after it got high…

Mediocre microwave and poor service options when needed. BEWARE!

You never know when you open a new box whether you're going to get a premium car or a lemon. First, the quality of the machine is mediocre. It works when it works, but I've had the car for 10 months now and the spring on the door knob doesn't work. No problem, I'm still under warranty, right? Except that the "closest" repair shop is over 20 miles away, almost an hour in New York traffic, and I have to leave them, leave them for at least five days, then come back for an hour to pick them up, and

Poorly designed power control

This Panasonic microwave oven has an extremely inconvenient and annoying method of adjusting the cooking power. With every other microwave I've owned in the last 20 years, all you have to do is press the power button and enter a number from 1 to 10 (corresponding to 10% to 100% full power). Panasonic engineers couldn't seem to figure out this simple system. Adjusting the Panasonic's power requires pressing the power button a few times to cycle down to the lower levels. For example, if you want…

I have had this microwave for less than 2 years. I had my last Panasonic for almost 10 years and it was amazing this one not so much. He's had a few issues over time, but this last one is a nap. It woke us up in the middle of the night. They woke us up 2 rooms down, squeaking like an alarm clock. The power level counted by itself and emitted an acoustic signal. Press stop and it will stop for about 5 seconds and start again. If we then press Stop, no other keys will work. We disconnected and…

This microwave is the best!

This is my second Panasonic microwave. My last Panasonic microwave was fantastic and lasted 10 years. It featured sensor technology for cooking and reheating, as well as inverter technology. When this oven stopped working I had to look for a microwave with these features. Only Panasonic has taken inverter technology and added this essential feature so their ovens can get the most out of it. The inverter technology ensures that there are no hot and cold spots, but rather even heating. It also…

Do not buy without an extended warranty!

It amazes me how some small appliances like microwaves break on cue just after the ONE YEAR warranty has expired. The first died after a little over a year of use and I told myself I was lucky. So I replaced it with the same model ($220) and over a year later that month (without touching it) it suddenly started counting down. Power level fast/random and beeps loudly. And repairs are about the same or more than new purchases, making it scrap. (If it's unplugged for a while and then plugged back…
