PanaVise PortaGrip Holder Premium Windshield Review

I've tried several and none comes close to grip and stability. The only thing I don't like about it is that you can't adjust it from side to side at the level of the phone itself. But I get around that by simply dragging the amount on the windshield from left to right.

I drive a black car and most cheap phone mounts just melt in my car. This suction cup stays in place. I have had it for many years and have bought several for family members. Not to mention that it's easy to move around when you need to pick it up and move it around. I even attached it to the bathroom mirror to hold my phone and then returned it when I no longer needed it.

I use this to record high performance driving competition videos. It drove my iPhone very hard for three days and has been in place for over a year now! It only came loose once and I just put it back on (after a few seconds) and everything was fine. This thing really captures, both at the window and at the ends of the device. It's very customizable and I really like it.

You won't find anything better although the ladies might not like it as it looks quite industrial but that's because it was built to do what it should do. That's why they were originally used in some airlines' cockpits to store pilot's tablets. They will fall off over time, so they are no longer used in cabins, but there is nothing else that compares in terms of functionality and quality.

I bought this to replace my previous dash phone holder as it seemed more durable and I liked that it was adjustable. What I didn't take into account is that my little Kia Forte doesn't have a lot of smooth, unstructured spots to fit a suction cup. The redemption is that the arm is adjustable. Make sure to tighten it well once you find the position you want or it will fold down.

If you need a windshield mount, look no further. You need that. Tried this after the "gel" crap on my previous mount melted in the sun on my windshield. I'm a home hospice nurse so I drive hundreds of miles every week and this thing doesn't move at all but it's also easy to remove if you want to switch between cars. I love it so much I just bought another one instead of going back and forth between company car and private car. It's easy to set up the phone the way you want it, and then it stays

On a clean surface this mount will hold up like a JB Weld! I used their other mounts with the same suction device to attach wireless logarithmic antennas to glass windows and when I was done I had to rip them off the glass. The secret lies in the ultra clean surface and maybe a little moisture on the suction cup. You should experiment to see what works best. I bought this because I've used Panvise suction cup mounts for electronics in the past. I had high expectations based on my previous experience and was not disappointed. I've been using it daily in my car for a few months now. That works great! It's easy to put the phone in and out with one hand and it doesn't move at all.
