Better options available

Adapters work great with Spectra but really need to clean up two more parts. (There is an O-ring in the adapter). I have found that pumping into disposable milk bags is much more effective. I haven't used them. Also, using it with Comotomo bottles is just really hard on my chest and clumsy.

Very convenient - electric

This product makes pumping so much more convenient as I can now pump directly into Comotomo bottles with my Spectra pump. As far as I can tell it's airtight if all the parts are connected properly. This makes the whole installation more cumbersome when the Comomoto adapter and cylinders are connected to the Spectra flange, but that's to be expected.

Provides flexibility for breast pumps

Bought because my child wouldn't take the bottles I already had for a breast pump. I prefer to express straight into bottles whenever possible so these adapters really helped. The only gripe I have is that you have to make sure you screw it in correctly both ways and there isn't any room to maneuver if you don't do it right. It usually takes me several tries to protect it.

Great Komo-Tomo adapters

This product serves its purpose as it attaches to my Spectra pump and Komo-Tomo bottles. They help and do their job. I bought a 4 pack and 1 of the 4 seals does not close properly. One of them keeps leaking and I think it's the sealing so I'm deducting 1 star for that. I wish they would offer a gasket replacement instead of buying the entire kit again. Overall a good buy nonetheless.

Excellent quality and excellent threads on adapters!

super super! I use them several times a day and they hold up great! The adapters hold the Spectra 2 bottle and flange very well and I appreciate that because I'm pumping into an 8 ounce Boon Nutrition bottle. super awesome! Great quality and worth pumping into a big bottle!
