Too big for little birds

This is a bit big for my lovebird; Of course a 7" or 6" would be better. This is more suitable for small/medium tubercle birds such as kennels. I'm not thrilled with the plastic or the overall design, but I haven't had any quality issues so far.

Plastic Garbage: Birds

If I could give a negative review, I would. This perch is initially a very thin-walled PVC tube covered with a rough coating. I can chip the coating off with my fingernail for your bird to ingest the plastic, most likely TOXIC paint. A cheap plastic plug is pressed into the end of the tube. No glue so it moves a little. Do not buy.

Not a hard perch type like my others.

It just fell off the bracket that held it to the cage. So I put it back on. It's clean inside, which the description doesn't say, but if I were to look at the weight, I wouldn't know it's heavy and hard. Hopefully it doesn't fall apart while it's on, maybe I'll make grooves on the side of the mount and apply some glue then put it back together. Definitely worth the $6.33 I paid. Although I've seen a lot more of it.

Not like in the photo. save your money It doesn't even look remotely safe for birds.

The item shown was not received. The description doesn't say it's cheap plastic. The photo shows the rope, there was no reason to think I would get anything else. Boy was I wrong. If you want something that feels very cheap that will ruin anything chewed in minutes, this is the perch for you. It's white plastic and there are sharp bits sticking out along the entire length of the molding seam. The abrasive part is dark brown and appears to be coated with glue and dipped. IDK can be brown glass…

Not particularly impressed. suitable for toy

Perch just arrived. Needless to say, it wasn't that impressive. What worries me a little is that the large washers fitted on either side of the cage bars appear to be zinc plated, despite the description stating the materials are bird safe. I have a couple of stainless steel washers that I will use just in case. Also thought it was made out of some sort of composite material, not plastic tubing. I only give three stars for first impressions. If I had seen it in a store I probably wouldn't have…
