Great experience with great support and good pricing

I like how easy it is to connect your app or website through parkhub api so that you can start using their features without any trouble at all! They are very supportive as well which makes me feel comfortable when i am in need help via email/live chat etc even if its during off hours (which sometimes happens). they dont have too many employees but what little there might be available seems pretty knowledgeable about this service itself!! not much more than just being able use our own API's…

Pros
  • their API is very easy to use and they have very easy to use and very well working API's to use
Cons
  • they have very long waiting time to get live system running and the help i have to get from them to get it working is not that easy to get

Great way of receiving discounted tickets

I like how easy it is to input all my information to get parking passes for each employee. The app works well on your smartphone which makes me very happy. It would be nice if there could be other additional features such as more coupons or parking space availability. It's also good that their is a live attendant available in case you need one. This helps tremendously during the day when we are busy and don't want to look up to see who is available to help us. I like that it is easy to use…

Pros
  • You can load money into accounts with no fee
  • Very fast reliable.
  • Easy access from any phone, laptop etc..anywhere where ever wifi exists.i feel pretty safe giving them over 8 hours per night without being near by!!! :)
  • Good location options..it worked perfectly even though were an older mall building...great experience overall:)

  • (nothing comes immediately)
