do not buy, will not resist water or moisture and will not die

Good quality LED lights but they mount strangely. They are quite bright, note that they died 2 weeks after installation. They are not waterproof and do not tolerate any moisture. Do not buy

Great price, very bright

Great price, just saw it at West Marine. Replaced 2 light bulbs in my Polar DC. They are light, I see no need to add more. I saw another post confusing them because they are plastic. What other materials would you want for this price?

Super Bright Coated Plastic

Used them as headlights for my son's drive wheels. Very bright white light and very low power consumption. The included hardware is perfect (small diameter threaded screws) and the wiring is long enough to work with. They are made of coated plastic and appear to be weatherproof. I don't know how long they will last on the boat but they are great for spot/small areas.

Very nice, bright, sealed LED interior lighting

This is a great addition to my boat. They are really bright and I like the sealed LED. I replaced my old indoor light bulb with one of these and the old bulb needed a large hole for the light to fit. They sit flush and you only need a small hole to let the wires through. I was amazed at how much more light I had with just one LED. I added a second interior light to really light it up at night. Also, since they're LEDs, I don't have to worry about power consumption.

You get what you pay for. They're cheap for a reason.

All cheap plastic. The case is chrome plated so I don't know how long it will last. The 2 bulbs I received had a different colored glue/resin on the back to seal the wires? Do you think they changed something because some kind of sealing wasn't very good? The body of the LED is made of acrylic and consists of 2 parts glued with resin. Having done this type of resin binding before, it didn't look like everything was glued together properly. can water get in there? They are not flush mount, they…
