Great Lighting Addition for Automotive Enthusiasts

These ultra-thin line utility lights are perfect for accent and off-road lighting needs. The six diodes provide an incredibly bright and powerful light that will never disappoint. The sealant ensures durability and protection from water damage. However, installation may require professional assistance for non-experts.

Nice little flashlight for accent and off-road lighting

Nicely packaged and well built. Light output is about the same as a cell phone Flashlight I have used this as a dome in a UTV and it was adequate but too bright The output leads do not have strain relief only a small hole comes out on the side looks waterproof as advertised but a fixed lead would be better But this is a cheap device and for the price you can't complain.

Mounting problems and lack of brightness.

The included screws are fine for attaching to wood or other soft materials, but if you're using them in a car you'll likely drive them into steel. The plastic case has two "wings" that protrude from each side of the screw hole and are too close to the hole, making it impossible to install a hex screwdriver on a self-drilling metal screw. I carefully sanded the ears and was able to attach them. Since the plastic is transparent you can also see the LEDs, circuit board, at least one resistor, etc…
