PatientClick Review

The software is user friendly. It's easy to navigate through all of your patient information. I like that it allows me access from anywhere as well! Sometimes there are glitches with some features (such as text messaging) but they usually resolve quickly once notified about them. We have found that it is very helpful to look up patients in our database as well as inputting information about them for their upcoming appointments. You can also export your data into other applications such as Open Clinica if you choose not to use Patientclick all the time through out the day. I like that it's easy to use for both my staff as well our patients! It is very user friendly with an excellent support team behind you if needed at any time of day/night!! The software does not have all features we need but they are working hard in making sure those do come available soon. I like that patient click is easy to use for both patients as well providers in my office! It has been very helpful having all of our information together at one place so it's much easier than trying remember where we put things before when everything was separate programs/apps etc.. The only thing i don't really care about with this program are some features not being available yet (ie online scheduling) but they will be added eventually right?
