Completely removes cockpit drones

This auger worked great and still made a deep noise in my exhaust. The horrible 2000 rpm rumble coming from the Magnaflow secondary exhaust in my truck was completely removed. Highly recommended. This completely eliminates cabin rumble at all rpm ranges.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Fits

Okay but too big, well folks if it's for 3.5 inches then it sat there.

Just a note for anyone thinking of buying, it works great but it's not 76mm (3 inches) but just under 4 inches or about 90mm long. You have to grind and grind until it's about 77mm and then hammer it in. This is not an exhaust pipe but a very thick pipe used for gas in the home.

Helps a lot with loud exhaust.

I recently installed a dual 3.5" exhaust on my Nissan Titan and the drone was pathetic. I love my truck, but driving it was a chore. I put one of these in each exhaust pipe and it drastically reduced the rumble and volume. They are very strong, in fact it took a few hard hits with a hammer. Using a decibel app reduced my in-car readings by 7 or 8 decibels. The only reason I knocked the sprocket off is because I now hear a whistle coming out of the exhaust pipe at higher rpm, but it's not too…

Worked! However! for exhaust and emissions

I bought it after a very vague research on the internet. I wanted something to get rid of the droning when cruising around 2000-2500 rpm. Well, with a little trimming and a tight fit, some welds and a coat of paint, this solved my problem. I love it and it saved me from buying a new exhaust or going numb. I want to go back to that review and say that I bought it for about $10 or so not that long ago. Now the price of a few good reviews goes from $10 to almost $20? It makes no sense. I think…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Without automatic

Don't even bother, they're fun, they fall out and I tried them out before welding. but that's no joke, after one ride they were already very rusty so there's absolutely no point in welding these things because the little welds they used to attach the bent part to that nice thick pipe don't last long if they rust already after june ride a day around town and don't even get wet, they're cheap and you don't care about anything other than durability or loss of performance because they're extremely…

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
