Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

How to replace or refund, but the ideal option is to replace with a 100% compatible and working memory card? In the photo, the purchased Patriot 16 GB and native SK Hynix 8 GB

  • I picked it up correctly according to the old RAM to replace it with a new one with more memory. (frequency and form factor are the same). Installed, it works for 2 minutes and stops working, giving out a black screen and does not respond to feedback from all buttons. I reboot the laptop, it works again for 2 minutes and gives out a black screen and a complete lock of the laptop. Possibly defective. I don't know what to do. Installed native memory - everything works fine. IMHO they sold me a defective memory card. How to change to another I do not know! Who will tell you what to do in such a situation?

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

For your money a great option. It would be possible to put it with a higher clock frequency - I would put it at 3200 at least, but the mother supports exactly 2600. I put this die and everything worked without dancing with a tambourine. I recommend

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

I am ating my review after some time. I bought a second bar of the same brand, increasing the RAM to 48 GB. The flight is normal, there are no lags. (iMac 27" 2022 OS Mojave)

  • The memory bar is well packed, it came without damage, it was installed in the slot without problems (I removed one 4 GB bar, replacing it with 16). It was determined in the system, as I chose according to the parameters. I can’t say anything more yet, the memory is only about 2 hours old. It's too early to draw any conclusions, but, preliminary, it works like a "native".

What a horrible quality, wasted money for nothing.

The RAM came not in a plastic case, but wrapped in cardboard and a little bubble wrap. We checked it on two computers: the first one did not start at all, the second one started up, but after a while it started to give an error and was forced to reboot. The second RAM on the computer is from the same manufacturer, everything is fine with it.

A terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

After installing this OP, the following problem appeared: stoppage of work, lack of response from the PC to any actions (stupidly black or rippled screen) except for turning it off, so it’s not an option to work, the OP was selected according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, after the first case I took the laptop for repair there were no problems …. After such shutdowns began to occur every 15 minutes, I returned the old OP bar to its place and everything began to work as before.

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

I bought exclusively but the price-availability parameter. I don’t know the manufacturer of this, so I was rather wary at first. But now I can write that everything works fine, no strong heating was noticed, the speed and performance after replacing the Kingston 4GB module with a Patriot 16 GB increased significantly.
