Paw Patrol Marshall Dog Costume Review

I took a chance and ordered it despite being told it wouldn't be delivered by Halloween. and it arrived today! One week before Halloween! My dog is a 30lb pit mix and I ordered the XL after reading other reviews. Fits perfectly, just a little long (covers the tail) but great. It's definitely cheap stuff, but it will work!

I bought a medium for my 8 lb Pomeranian. The shirt fits well and so does the backpack. Unfortunately the chin strap on the hat is broken so can't put it on until I fix it. The hat is a little big to fit between his ears. I wish it had ear holes. Also, there is no hole for a line hook on the back. As you can see this is a very cute costume, just needs a little touch up.

The ONLY reason my Oscar looks good in this costume is because my sister actually had it remodeled to fit him. The first one I ordered flooded it so I scaled it down. It was too tight. She said the fabric was the worst she had ever sewn. (She taught home economics for 43 years). It's a very, very cheap stuff. So if you are a professional seamstress this costume should turn out great, like at the end for the Oscars!

Super cute outfit! The only thing I would have liked a little bigger for bigger breeds! I have a goldendoodle, she weighs 50 pounds. As you can see in the picture, she takes the lead! But she still looks cute! I also had to add a wooden bar to the fenders to make them stand upright as per the previous review. I knew this before I bought it, but it was so cute I thought there was an easy fix!

The product is very well assembled. Remember that the product looks VERY SMALL. I bought this for a 4 month old skinny golden retriever (who weighed about 30 pounds at the time) and she was a size XL. It was long in the back but almost too small between the leg openings and at the shoulders. I would never have thought of buying her an XL if I hadn't read the review. I would normally classify them as small or medium

Updated 7/14/2021: Today I put all the costumes on my dogs. For some reason the wings have been lifted up nicely after sitting in a closet for the past three years. I updated the pictures. The small size fits my 4kg Chihuahua (Sky) and my 3kg Pomeranian (Chase). The medium size fits my 5kg Pomchi (Marshall). I hope this is the best link.
