I love how easy this service is to use. There are several ways to create your emails, the best one for me was creating templates and then editing them as needed. The customer service is wonderful! They are very helpful and prompt when you need assistance. It is difficult to find a dislike about this software. I like that you are able see all of your transactions in one place so no need for multiple spreadsheets! It's easy enought anyone who knows how computers work could figure this out themselves but still makes sense once explained (which is really simple).
