It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

I bought it in order to put it in a PCI-E x16 slot, forward (Proxmox) PCI-E to a guest MacOS (Monterrey + Ventura) and become a white man! Everything went like clockwork, the driver picked up AppleASMediaUSBXHCI. Now, the external sound card (more precisely, a mixer with an interface) works as it should. In addition, inserting/pulling devices inside the guest OS is also available.
