Nice to look at on home theater

Bought as a built in hi-fi stereo to better drive some Polk lsim 703's. Did the job perfectly and I particularly like the HTB feature, along with the two USB inputs and the overall options available. Well thought out and quite stylish!

Quality product but not suitable for all speakers.

I bought this for home use with a pair of KEF LS50 and the pair didn't work for me. I found the high frequencies to be piercingly bright even at medium volume. Also the design of the air outlet is very different from the one shown in the photo, another review shows pictures of it. There are now 6 large air vents, finished in stainless steel instead of black, which take up most of the top of the case. This is a big disappointment as I think it will look much better than the picture. I've decided

"For your enjoyment "

I use the Nova 150 for music. Keep in mind that I have my own theater room with an Anthem AVM 60 (I've used that for music - to the point of being a theater only room - I mean - who really needs a bedroom). So - I don't do vinyl, seriously - it doesn't sound any better, and it's scientifically proven. I use a Rega Planet 2000 CD player (as my mode of transport) - the DAC in the Peachtree NOVA is amazing and I listen to two vintage B&W 805s. I won't frame this review with audiophile sound…

My thoughts come from the vintage side of things

First of all I would like to let you know that I didn't buy this from Revain. I bought from a local store and wanted to share my thoughts as a shopper with the Revain community. I'm by no means an audio file expert, but I love good sounding music and I play music. I currently use the Sansui G-7000 for everyday driving needs. If you're familiar with vintage sound, it's from the golden age of sound. Powerful pounding heartbeat sound from 2 amazing channels. This circa 1978 85-watt-per-channel…
