The bag looked great but I wasn't happy with the way it "sat" when I wore it. For example, the bag "turns" upside down when worn and items in the outer side pocket tend to fall out.

I agree with the other reviewer - this bag turns around from time to time / the side straps were too low and flimsy resulting in that she stayed turned upside down from time to time. If they put the straps higher on the ends it wouldn't be a problem. Definitely doesn't look like other Coach bags I have so I'm wondering if it's real.

This is clearly a genuine Coach product, but the hem is a little misaligned and the lining is rough stitched and made of nondescript fabric. Considering I paid $135 and it had a tag that said "Cost $250" I'm guessing it was made for Coach Outlet or something and was made to slightly tighter tolerances. All to say that the Coach hardware, leather stitching and materials were as expected from a Coach product. I would buy again.

Most importantly, my bag will not be carried by another person. Great size and versatile color! Since the recent pandemic, I only carry my bag over my shoulder. My hands and arms are free. The zipped compartment has plenty of space to store my essentials such as a small double wallet, keys, an extra small bottle of hand sanitizer and a cell phone. I leave the outer compartment to fold and store the mask when not wearing it. and makes sure I always have a mask in stock. Excellent price.
