Doesn't live up to expectations

Based on my experience with this dehumidifier i wouldn't recommend it. While it does have a sleek design and is relatively quiet, it fails to adequately control humidity levels in my home and kitchen. The moisture level remains high and the air still feels humid despite the device running constantly .Sadly, I can't say that it has made much of a difference in my air quality..

Ok but I need help down south

I installed this item in my Liberty gun safe after noticing a few spots of rust starting to form on some of my guns. I live in North Carolina where the weather is very hot and the humidity is stuffy. My safe is in my unair-conditioned garage, so keeping the contents dry is an uphill battle. The rod works well but not well enough for my climate. I keep 2-3 containers of Damp-Rid in the safe and they suck an incredible amount of water out of the cabin even with the rod running. The rod itself…
