Not failed to load media. I played around with this so you don't have to. I like to get to the bottom of things and understand why some people struggled. If yours isn't 100% perfect, 1) you can return it, do what I did 2) take out your pliers and twist here and twist there. Then stop!

Dear artisans/ribbon keeper, this is for you!

Ideal for perforated panels in the workshop. The metal is strong but not too thick or heavy. It doesn't weigh down the board and I can still peel and pull the tape for easy access. They were angled so I bent mine to make them straight because it bothered me. This is probably to prevent things from falling, but even when straight it holds things. The metal is tough, but it was really easy to bend. I ordered 4 to see how it would work and now that I know I will be ordering 4 more!

The towel rail does not fit together without bending, every metal part fits snugly.

The paper towel holder consists of two parts: one hooks onto the perforated plate and the other holds the paper towels. The 2 parts do not fit together. We had to open the metal loop on the part that sticks to the perforated panel. We made it bigger so we could add another part. The metal is very thick and difficult to bend. I had to do this on each of the 4 packages. It worked after that, but I wouldn't buy it again if I had to do it every time. I couldn't bend it at all, there had to be…
