The most important part of this article, the belt clip broke completely in less than a month. obviously of low quality. There has been no connection since I made a claim for damage to this item. Very disappointed with their customer service who is now a case assistant and not a Pelican. When the pelican/case assistant finally replied that he asked me to pay $7 for shipping to replace his broken belt clip. Ridiculous!

I was nervous about buying a $40 suitcase. I usually buy cases cheaper. However, since this Samsung S20 FE was SO NEW I couldn't be choosy. AND OH MY GOD. I'm in love. It's very reliable and I'm sure it will continue. Besides, the soap color is very cute and still shows the original color of the phones. I felt insecure as I've never had a partner, but I can tell these guys have quality.

I only received it yesterday so don't know actual durability yet hence 4 stars. I love that it comes with a guarantee and replaces a cheap makeshift case I bought to put my phone on. If Otterbox offered something other than a black case as an option for this phone (when I bought the case I didn't check if it had advanced features) I'd get one of those instead, just out of personal preference. Just wanted to post some pics for anyone thinking about it.

I love how this case protects the phone. received it in the afternoon after a week of waiting. The case snaps on well and I think it will protect the phone well. That evening when I placed the phone on the wireless charger it would not connect or charge. Something in the case is preventing the phone from charging wirelessly. Absolutely beautiful case. I was worried how it would look on the dark blue galaxy but it looks as dazzling as the photos show, like an oil slick! However, fingerprints remained on it after a few minutes of use. My hands are clean and dry, I swear! It's just that fingerprints are easily visible on this case because it's transparent and reflective. It doesn't matter that I'll be returning it because other than that I LOVE this case.
