Do you want to build a bluetooth speaker?

Received this beauty a few weeks ago and it was my first ever built in bluetooth. I have to say I was very surprised by the clear sound at high volume! I have a 4s battery, the voltage is 16.8v on 3 inch speakers. God this is great! Bluetooth range is good and I can use it for 14 hours straight with half the battery left for another 14 hours! a must have if you love DIY! Thanks.

Good Bluetooth sound with lots of speaker power.

Received this for a manufacturing project and was not disappointed. The device paired easily with the phone and played loud, very loud audio on a set of 3W speakers. I hadn't designed and built the speaker box yet, but the sound was still very powerful with the speakers just standing on the table. The device requires a user-supplied power supply. I used a 12v outlet from my junk drawer and the unit is rated for a wide input of 8-24v. I could test the lower end of this to see if a standard…

Small general purpose amp that performs well

This little amp was perfect for reusing a set of rear Klipsch speakers that I had collected dust on. I first tried a 12V DC 1A adapter from an old external hard drive, it worked fine, but after looking at the specs I realized I'd need these 8 ohm speakers on 24 -V-DC can connect. I found a 24VDC 1.5A adapter at a thrift store and hooked it up. The improvement was worth it, they added a small headdress to the IS. Removing the two corner screws and spacers allowed me to screw it to the back of…

A handy upgrade for old speakers 🔊. 😊😊😊

When I received this item a day later, it arrived in perfect condition. 😊 😊 😊 As I said, by plugging the Bluetooth 5.0 module into my 8 watt ⚡speakers and into my phone 📱, it paired fairly quickly. 😊 Anyway, I checked the sound quality 🔊 just to see how loud it was, and my speakers 🔊 managed to get pretty loud. 😊 😊 😊 Together with the remote control it's a really handy setup to control the module yourself when you need it. 😊 I also really like how light the Bluetooth 5.0 module is…

It works great for the price - one request and a little grumble

This little device works great. Good sound, decent range. And the price is amazing, it even comes with an IR remote control. I made a small portable speaker using some spare speakers and covered the front with black tape - see the top center of the attached image. One question, can the company offer a clear or black bezel for the circuit board? Otherwise it will cause dust/bugs/etc. in the box. A grumble - as soon as you connect the device, it searches and reconnects automatically. If you want…

Missing instructions caused the board to fail

Before I start, I should mention that I'm just getting started with this stuff, so I'm inexperienced. I ordered this board to create a bluetooth speaker with subwoofer and tweeters. The only problem was that there were absolutely no instructions. The only rating on this one was listed on the bottom of the board which said to use 6 to 26 volts. It seemed pretty easy, so I used a 9 volt power supply, but it wasn't powerful enough for the 30 watt speaker I had on hand. I increased it to 12 volts…

Great sounding MP3 player

I used a pair of 65w bookshelf speakers, 8 ohm impedance and a 24vdc power supply. Peak power with this power supply and an 8 ohm load is a maximum of 36 watts per channel. My 24V 3A power supply is rated at 72W - it should all work fine. In practice, I wouldn't be in the same room and constantly playing the speakers at full volume. The sound quality at a reasonable volume is good. There is virtually no background noise and the music is not noticeably distorted. The volume control works, but I…

Done Excellent

This review is for the Pemenol Bluetooth Amplifier Board. I received the board disassembled in one package. Inside the box were two separate packages, one with the board and the other with the case. Assembling the circuit board was easy, requiring only a Phillips screwdriver. Be careful when assembling as there are no replacement parts and the parts are quite small and easily lost. Once assembled, the device is tiny and conforms to the stated dimensions. Board connections are clearly marked and

This is a good 50w stereo amplifier for electronics DIY enthusiasts. At only $12.99 (current price when I bought it) it's a bargain. This is a great amp for dipping your toes into DIY electronics, and you get a lot more bang for your buck building something yourself rather than buying something off the shelf. The best part is that you can learn more about how everyday products like an audio player work by working on it and customizing it yourself. For $13, you can't go wrong if you get your…
