Better than expected

This lock looked better than I thought it would. I will use it for a fairy garden. It looked better than the picture. It's the perfect size and I'm very happy with it. It was packaged well so it wouldn't tear. love it

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Some imperfections

My fish love it!: Aquarium Decor

This lock looks great in my 20 gallon aquarium. It has big enough holes for my big fish (3-5 inches) to hide in. My catfish, plecos and eels love hanging out at the castle during the day. The lock can accommodate several fish at the same time.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • I'm Concerned

Here is the castle!

Absolutely the most beautiful aquarium castle that looks great in the aquarium and is functional for the fish. I originally bought a 5 gallon tank for my daughter but I traded it in for a 13 gallon widescreen that has a 20 gallon front just for this lock. I'll update the image when I get it working. To update. I got a deal on a 54 gallon corner and I still love this lock. See image. (no fish except stickers, he still rides his bike ;)

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Not for small tanks

Very very nice lock and much larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I have this in a 37 gallon tank as my centerpiece and it has enough room for some plants. I wouldn't recommend this for less than 20 gallons or it will overflow quickly. It looks pretty good in the water and the hole is big enough for even the smallest fish to get through. It also works as a hiding place for fish if you have timid fish that like to hide. I will say there are some sharper edges that you may want…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Bad set

If it's small, I wouldn't want to see a big one.

The lock is beautiful and the details are cute, but it is NOT small. If your tank holds less than 10 gallons, it is too big for your tank. I keep it in a 20 gallon tank that is 30 inches long and occupies a good 1/3 the length of the tank. If you have a Betta or other thin finned fish in your tank you will need to file down the sharp edges, feel around the opening and file down the inside and outside of the lock and any sharp points you feel if you like Don't do this, the fish may get caught…

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Act! You will not regret it!

I love my new German castle. It was money well spent. Not only that, all my fish and mysterious snails love it! It's bigger than I thought it would be, but it fits my 10 gallon tank perfectly. Everyone likes to hide in it, even shy fish, and larger fat fish also fit in there. The snails seem to have already called it their own, because at least one of my 15 puzzle and apple snails is always exploring it. I have a mystery slug about 3 inches and it fits in there too. My fiancΓ© installed an air…

Pros
  • understandable for the old
Cons
  • some little things
