The penguin hat is adorable and comfortable. My son wears it all the time, just like Louise wears her signature bunny ear hat! It is exactly as pictured, washable and well made. Act! Nothing to lose at the price!

Great accessory. I used it as part of a costume. I'm a first grade teacher and for our character's day, I dressed up as penguin Taki. This hat made the outfit! The product is well sewn and corresponds to the description on the site. My son was dying to use it as his hat once I finished my costume.

Very nice hat. I used it for my daughter's Halloween costume and now she uses it as a winter hat. However, the balls at the end of the hat just fell off on the first day of wearing. I fixed it, no big deal. But now the stitching has already unraveled, so I have to sew again. Could be better but not expensive so it's ok.

This penguin hat sucks. The quality is comparable to what you get for winning one of these games at the carnival. The gap the pompom goes through is too small. This is my finger size. The beak is crooked and when I received the hat it was a bit dirty. I would have paid $2 for this hat not the $9 I actually paid.

The hats were worn to a party - they were cute. Came in individual packaging. decent quality. They were for 13 year olds so they fit well. If you're buying for an adult, this might be a bit small. The only reason I don't have a star is because the white wasn't very light (I also ordered a fox hat and a polar bear hat and both were a little lighter - maybe better materials were used).

The description says two mittens are included but they are not. In fact, one strap has a center slit and the other doesn't, so I don't know which mittens you're talking about. I only noticed after reading the review. It fits my head well, although its straps are so small that they are tight and almost suffocate me when I tie them.
