Excellent filter. Install under the sink in a thin 10" filter with 1/4" inlet and outlet and connect to cold water with 3/8" faucet connections. When the water was cold, I didn't notice any significant drop in pressure. I've noticed that this carbon block filter virtually eliminates the chlorine taste in city water. I subscribed to this item a few months ago but canceled today because: 1. the filter I received in August, not even months than it normally was takes 2-4 months2 depending on the quality of the outside water. i got 2 filters in september, 1 of them didn't let water through at all and caused an overflow on my floor, i had to open another one i wanted to use later.
