No anchor rivets. The best closures

I wrote a review on this which Revain didn't publish so I'll try again. They came without little rivets going through the material and holding the button. The package was never opened and the Revain return was used. It is a reflection of quality control to ship a package of 50 "sets" of buttons without the 50 main set pieces. I will buy one of the other Revain products that serve the same function. Such errors indicate the quality of the product.

Pros
  • are also understandable for the old
Cons
  • . Crumpled packaging

Heavy duty button for closures

Works well on denim, same goes for other heavier garment fabrics. I use them simply because I find it very difficult to thread a needle and/or sew on a button. Especially if the button is no longer there. They go well with any button-down pants. The same goes for jacket cuffs where appearance is not the primary goal. You will need a sharp awl or ice pick to poke a hole in the fabric. The rest of the installation is simple and easy. I've never had an error with a properly set "logger" buttonโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Nothing here

worth your money!

I bought these and was told they would most likely not work. It has been a few months since I've worn them over a pair of shorts and washed the pants has been a few times and they still work with no problems.the money I saved by using them instead of buying new clothes is worth it (I couldn't sew a button on to save my life).the Pants line it up with the button on the other side lightly tap the button with a hammer and you're done So easy And what's really cool is that you can increase orโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Thickness: 3/8" (8mm)
Cons
  • Quick Instructions

Frustration inducer

Do you like the feeling of throwing your cat out the window, tearing your hair out and wanting to break lots of things? If yes, then definitely buy this product. The problem is that once you've pierced the fabric with the included nails, there's no way to press the button on the nail to hold it in place long enough to hammer it in place. After many, many tries, I threw this whole mess away. Luckily I have several other similar products, all of which have enabled me to secure the button in place

Pros
  • Quantity: 50 sets
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

The nail bends too easily for a jeans button.

After spending some time on the buttons for the suspenders and then on the buttons on the sleeves of the jacket, I threw them away. with a nail inserted through the denim into the mounting hole on the back of the button. That's the end of what's right. The head of the nail is so thin that as a jacket sleeve, when the sleeve first caught on a doorknob, the head of the nail crumpled and part of it lodged in the wearer's arm. Had the same problem with decorative buttons for braces. Not wearingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Material: zinc alloy (safe for lead, nickel and cadmium)
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
