This may sound crazy to some, but this little dog has helped me deal with depression and provides the therapy I need, especially when she's breathing.

Only gripe is the lack of a switch. To turn off breathing, you need to take a screwdriver and remove the batteries. The dog looks quite realistic and the fur is very soft. There's no real padding, so you can feel the hard plastic under the fur, but that doesn't really bother me as I didn't buy it for a small child to play with, but to give 'communion' to someone who is in a nursing home. who can't have animals, but desperately wants a dog.
