These wooden disposable table knives just didn't do the job that knives were supposed to do. We used them at a garden party when serving various appetizers. They cut fried potatoes, soft cheeses, etc., but did not cut the meat, even though the meat was tender when eaten. I don't recommend them.

I hate plastic cutlery. Often it's too soft (the knife can't cut because it bends too much) or brittle, and you try to tear the flesh with the fork and snap off a tine. These knives are light, a bit flexible (essentially sharp tongue depressors), but they work great. I love her.

These bamboo knives go great with bamboo plates! We ordered complete fork/spoon/knife sets (ordered in separate packages ((all forks, all knives, all spoons)) They're really strong, look a lot more sophisticated than plastic and they're green! We got them from a high profile customer used and a private chef both of which have been loved and we have re-ordered many times.They look good, raise the bar at your event or dinner and are eco friendly!They are a bit pricey but well worth it!
