🔧 Performance Tool M206 Digital Torque Adapter (1/2-Inch Drive + Adapters for 3/8-Inch and 1/4-Inch) Review

An old mechanic will find it a bit difficult to read the instructions in the little book provided. The display is also small. But not a bad tool, I would like to do it right now.

I really wanted to use this tool, but when I needed it the most, it let me down Sting On one that was constantly failing the tool I thought it was the batteries, but after trying three different sets I wanted to cut my losses and wreck the thing. It turned out that the battery dangled a bit in the compartment. The torque adapter is approximately 2" in each direction with a 1/2" square drive on one end and a socket on the other. It's a little difficult to figure out the buttons to access the functions, but once you know it's a good device. I compared the readings with two other torque wrenches and they all either match exactly what I need or don't match the scale used. I call it win win.

Fits over 15 lb settings I bought spark plugs for a 250 hp outboard motor. I spent £40 on my propeller and recently £65 on alloy wheels on my car. This is a great useful tool, I just need to buy a block for £5-15. It was advertised as £10-100. I just feel it's too long a rod/bargain to risk £10. I recommend this product for anything over 20 pounds. Sturdy body, good body will not rust. My rating is 5-5.
