Not for TBI. good for pipe wrenches

I'm sure it'll be ok for a lot of uses but I couldn't use it on my 1989 GMC K5 Jimmy 5.7 TBI. Too many ways to use this tool. As the retaining screw should not be over tightened or over tightened the quality of this tool should be good enough but be careful on some cars you still have to wrestle with a standard wrench in this difficult - reach area.

Pros
  • Pipe wrenches
Cons
  • Really dislike it's all good

does the job. after modifications.

Cheaply made. The actual part that goes to the bolt is too big. I had to sand it down to fit where it needs to be. It wouldn't be too bad, but the boat I first used it on was in the water. I had to walk all the way to the house, grind it and then return to the boat. He blew well for over an hour. Mostly my fault for not looking first. But tagged me. Once again you get what you pay for.

If you're old school and still working with points, this tool is great.

Effortlessly trim your blades in seconds. It's nice to have this to create nice flat dots that run across the entire contact surface. make hotspots much more difficult. Cleaning the contact pads on the lid and rotor also worked well. Much easier and better than sandpaper or sandpaper to get the dots working properly. If you're old school and still working with points, or even know what it is, this little tool is great.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Available in black only
