Tool lover gives this listing 5 stars

Although you have to make SOME sacrifices given the price, I couldn't find anything on these tools to base on. First class fit and finish. The size seems perfect and the holder just adds gravy. I've worked hard with two (high torque but no impact application) and they showed no signs of wear or abuse. All my other tools are high quality (Proto, Snap On or Craftsman). Steve

Good Quality Good Price

Performance Tool w38886 Set of 6 Large Hex Sockets 1/2 3/8", 1/2", 9/16", 12mm, 14mm, 17mm is good quality I bought 14mm and 17mm for a gear oil change in a Mercedes 6 speed gearbox It was a tight area for the filler plug and I couldn't use 14mm with a socket wrench Which I did so stuck nut and turned it to 14 with an open-end wrench. It worked great.

Quality set, may have release issues

Although the quality of this set is acceptable, you should consider lower profile alternatives. Also, using a 1/2" drive, which may require a 1/2" universal drive adapter, makes the combination extremely unwieldy. This can be a problem when operating in a modern automobile engine. There are similar sockets with 3/8" washers that are worth looking into if space is tight.
