Good perforated plate, but it deforms over time. Unfortunately, I haven't found a board that doesn't have this. I just use masking tape and iron the beads off the boards. Also check the description. This is NOT a 2 pack as advertised (February 2018), 8 boards and 4 items in total. This is for a single pack of 4 boards with 2 papers. Revain still won't fix the listing.

Pretty much after you've finished adding beads to the perforated board, place masking tape on top and slowly pull away so all the beads are attached to the masking tape, then just lay it out on a flat surface and iron! This keeps your perforated panels nice and straight for future projects. :)

Big boards let my kids do whatever they want. The boards fit together although they don't snap, which would be a nice feature. It tends to bend a bit when you need a lot of heat (I circle ours and take it on and off so the plates don't get as hot as the beads). However, if it warps a little after ironing, simply place it under a large book or flat pan and it will snap back to its original shape. I have bought many of these boards at Revain and other stores. This product is suitable if you are using the ironing method, but be aware that you will be replacing the boards frequently due to plastic warping. My biggest gripe with these boards is that sometimes I get packed with "defective" boards that don't fit/snap together like they should.
