One of my cats has arthritis but I have two cats so I needed three heated beds. You get used to everything, even in summer. Even a healthy cat likes them.

Bought for my elderly cat. She loves it. As well as my other two cats. It warms well when you lie in it. Don't put anything heavy in it or it will get hot. Highly recommended.

This is the third bed I have bought. I gave one to my sister. He is 5 years old and developing splendidly. Cat puke and other pleasant things wash off easily if you wash them as recommended. Difficult to get the foam border out of bed to wash. . It was difficult to return the foam trim to make the bed look right. I ended up having to rip open the seams to get the foam paneling back. The bed came brand new in the box. But the edge of the memory foam straightened up after a few days. Foam only at the edge. I do not understand why.
