The ease of use to set up an account with no programming experience required! It also integrates directly into our POS system so we are able to scan in receipts from clients transactions as well as process payments through it. I love how much time it helps me save to keep track of my dog and cat's care. It has helped me avoid having to make multiple phone calls to each person who cares for them. It also gives me reports with all the data in one place! I wish there were better options to have more ways to communicate, such as sending emails rather than being limited by the text feature. I love how easy it was to set up my account and create all of my schedules from one central location! The only downside we have had with this product so far has been some slow response times by customer service when you call them or emailing their tech support team. However once i did get in contact with someone they were very helpful to me!! We are able t utilize our own schedule feature which would be nice but its not too big an issue yet since our services aren't fully out until next month.
